I complained to store manager and corporate office, the next day I got call from Ali saying that company asked him to not provide service to me and not allowed to come to this service station. I don't know, now whom to blame. I don't think it's corporate but looks the store manager with this guy (Ali).

On 6/16/09 Steve said... You are right Joe, they are not well organized. When I went there for alignment, no one was at desk to take me. After 15 minute, guy came (Roni). Even I had appointment they refuse to take me for alignment. It's wasting of time to go there. I don't know why the owner runs this kind of service station. Steve
